Securely located to the chuck face using permanent magnets, PosiStop is a flexible alternative both to the practice of machining location faces in chuck jaws, and to the cost and inconvenience of using home-made 'spiders'. The contact surfaces against the workpiece and the chuck are face ground to ensure optimum parallelism. PosiStop is manufactured from aerospace grade aluminium and is the perfect aid to decrease setup times and increase precision in turning operations.
